Free Your Hips Feldenkrais(R) Awareness Through Movement(R) Workshop
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm Feb. 10th – 24th
This workshop will focus on finding greater flexibility and range of motion in the hips to release hip flexors, improve turnout or just to sit comfortably cross-legged. Feldenkrais(R) Awareness Through Movement(R) classes utilize gentle movements to retrain the nervous system for greater functionality, ease of motion and structural support.
